Endurablend

When you think of asphalt and concrete pavement, technology does not pop into the top of your mind. Each material has characteristics which are fairly basic and unique but never blended. Concrete is known for its strength, asphalt is known for its flexibility. New technology has blended the best characteristics of each material to produce a revolutionary surfacing product called Endurablend.

Endurablend is a polymer cement slurry seal product which is installed over existing asphalt or concrete surfaces to give it the strength of concrete and the flexibility of asphalt. This revolutionary material can expand and contract to correct cracked and broken asphalt while providing a new surface from weather and traffic worn asphalt and concrete pavement. Endurablend is a green sustainable product which uses no petroleum in its manufacturing and is a Leed certified product for solar reflectivity.

Endurablend is installed in layers as little as 1/8 inch and yet performs like 1-2 inches of asphalt. The new surface can be colored dark to look like asphalt or left its natural concrete color. Other colors can be added as needed. Endurablend has specially graded aggregate which combines strength and skid qualities blended for individual needs. Resistance to fuel spills is another key quality of Endurablend.

When NASA engineers at the Moffet airfield in Mountainview California were seeking solutions to a cracked and failing asphalt runway, Endurablend provided the perfect mixture to solve their problems. Coast Pavement Services is the exclusive provider of Endurablend for Oregon and the greater Northwest region.

We are excited to bring better products and solutions to the pavement maintenance industry. Call us or contact us for more information on this revolutionary surfacing material.
