The sooner a pavement gets sealed, the smoother the surface remains. We can brighten old, tired surfaces with a fresh coat of sealer but damaged asphalt areas will need to be fixed to keep the integrity of the surface. We encourage all of our clients to seal the surface while it is new to cut off this damage from destroying the soundness of your asphalt investment.
